Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy explains how cancellation requests are handled at Bana Clothing Company.

Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order has been packed or dispatched. If the request is accepted, the order will be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to the Refund Policy or Return/Exchange process, where applicable.

Custom or Special Orders

Customised, altered, made-to-order, sale, or specially sourced items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
