Bana packs each order carefully and works with logistics partners to deliver sarees, suit materials and fabrics safely.
Shipping within India
- Free shipping within India is available on orders of ₹ 5,000 or above.
- Orders below ₹ 5,000 may carry the applicable domestic shipping charge shown at checkout.
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation, product availability checks and any required operational verification.
- Estimated delivery is usually 8-14 days from dispatch, depending on destination, courier partner and address serviceability.
- Remote locations, festive dispatch windows, launches, sales and courier restrictions may require additional time.
International shipping
- Free international shipping is available on orders of ₹ 35,000 or above.
- International orders below ₹ 35,000 may carry the applicable international shipping charge shown at checkout.
- International shipping availability and rates depend on the delivery country, region, shipping zone and available service.
- Bana does not invent or estimate destination-country duties at checkout unless such service is specifically available in the store setup.
Customs, duties and destination charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or destination-country fees may be determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
