Product prices and taxes

Product prices include applicable taxes wherever this is configured for the Bana store. Any shipping charge, if applicable, is shown separately during checkout.

International duties and import charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or destination-country charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are outside Bana's direct control.

Customer responsibility

Unless the checkout clearly states otherwise, international customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT or destination-country charges payable at delivery or clearance.

Returns and duties

International returns, where eligible, may involve return shipping charges, duties or tax implications. Client Care will guide the approved process based on the order and destination country.
